- 120 g pine kernel flour
- 200 g wheat flour
- 250 g fresh apples (2-3 apples)

- 50 g brown sugar
- 5 g salt
- 150 g vegetable oil
- 20 g baking powder
- Peel apples and remove the core with seeds. Cut apples in thin rings and spring them with lemon juice
